Well/Being
Adobe Creative Jam 2019
Conceptualized and designed mobile app prototype based on prompt within 24 hours using Adobe XD and Figma. Competed with 70+ teams from various CSUs and judged as finalists by Adobe higher-ups and other creative professionals.
Well/Being is an app created to solve the prompt of "Student Basic Needs." Tackling multiple different aspects of well being such as food insecurity, mental health, and other vital resources, this app is meant to assist the busy student in prioritizing being WELL over BEING anything else.
We were only allowed 2 hours for initial ideation where we created this solution for the prompt, “basic student needs.” In the first round, our design was chosen out of the 16 groups competing to represent Cal Poly in the finals. We were then given feedback and had 17 hours to fully flesh out the rest of the app before our final presentation. The team collaborated passionately to design, illustrate, and prototype an appealing and functional app completely from scratch under a time constraint.

Our design was praised for its soothing and approachable color palette and choice of organic shapes and rounded modules. I was an integral part of the brands conception and was able to build a visual language that matches the functionality and purpose of the app.
